4 Account Security

5 Deposits and Withdrawals

The following conditions apply to deposits and withdrawals at 299vip. All transactions are completed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ / BDT).

Deposit:

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳200 (for all methods).
• Accepted methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
• Deposited funds must come only from an account in your own name — third-party payments are not accepted.
• Use the correct reference number when making a deposit, otherwise the deposit process may be delayed.

Withdrawal:

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳500.
• Withdrawals are generally completed within 1 hour.
• Withdrawals can only be made using the same method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be held if KYC verification has not been completed.
• Withdrawal processing will not begin until the wagering requirement on any bonus has been met.
• Withdrawals may be suspended during an investigation into suspected suspicious activity or fraud.

6 Bonuses and Promotions

299vip offers various bonuses and promotional offers. Please read the conditions below carefully before using them.

Welcome Bonus:

• 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳20,000.
• Example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a bonus of ৳1,000 — total balance ৳2,000.
• To withdraw the bonus, you must wager the total amount of the deposit and bonus combined 20 times (wagering: 20x).
• The welcome bonus is available to each user only once.

General Bonus Terms:

• Each bonus offer may have its own specific terms — please read them before accepting an offer.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly.
• If misuse or manipulation of a bonus is detected, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts or in a coordinated group is prohibited.
• 299vip reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

7 Gaming Rules

All games on 299vip are conducted in a fair and transparent manner. Each game has its own rules, which are displayed at the time the game is launched.

• All game outcomes are controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG), which is completely unbiased.
• If an abnormal result is displayed due to a technical error, that round will be considered void.
• If a game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection, the server record will be considered final.
• In live dealer games, the dealer's decisions and studio rules are final.
• Maximum and minimum bet limits apply separately for each game.
• If there is a dispute over the outcome of any game, a complaint can be made to the 299vip support team.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 299vip platform, and if such activities are detected, the account will be closed and funds will be forfeited:

• Creating multiple accounts by the same person.
• Operating an account using another person's identity or payment details.
• Attempting to conceal the source of funds obtained from gambling or to launder money.
• Playing games using software, bots, or automated systems.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes or colluding with other players.
• Attempting to exploit technical vulnerabilities in the platform.
• Bonus hunting — a deliberate attempt to withdraw a bonus while avoiding wagering requirements.
• Attempting to pass account verification using false or misleading information.

9 Responsible Gaming

12 Changes to Terms and Termination

299vip reserves the right to change these terms and conditions at any time. Notice will be given on the platform before any changes take effect.

• For significant changes, notification will be provided by email or on the platform.
• Continuing to use the platform after the updated terms and conditions have been posted will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
• You can close your account at any time by notifying our support team.
• If there is a valid balance at the time of account closure, you will be given the opportunity to withdraw it (excluding bonuses).
• If an account is closed due to a breach of terms, the balance in that case may be forfeited.
